1. See Sports

If you love sports, you’re going to love the ease of attending games in Denver. From football to basketball to baseball to hockey, it’s easy to score seats to some of your favorite teams. If you like to plan ahead, you can find cheaper seats; but if you’re looking for last minute fun you can find that too.

2. Find a Mountain View

One of the joys of living in Denver is collecting mountain views from the city. Top favorites for mountain views in restaurant bars include the Peaks Lounge, Linger, the rooftop deck at Tomayo and Izakaya Den. How many mountain views can you collect?

3. Buy Local

If you’re looking for locally owned businesses, be sure to check out Bookbar where you can get a glass of wine while you browse, Swallow Hill Music—a top rated small music venue and Marczyk Fine Foods for Colorado made products, sustainably raised meats and interesting ingredients.

4. Jump into Adventure

Whether you’re in the mood to ride the Cherry Creek Bike Path, check out the craft beers at Rock Bottom, find a pot shop, attend a show at the Denver Performing Arts Center, visit the Denver Zoo, walk through the Molly Brown House or wander LoDo for a real city experience, you’ll find the adventure in Denver.

5. Choose your Neighborhood

Each neighborhood in the city has a personality and a price tag of its own. Are you in the mood for something pricey: the Highlands, Cherry Creek, Lodo, something midlevel: Glendale, Old Pearl Street, Park Hill, or do you want to save money by living outside the city's center in Virginia Vale, or would you prefer to drive in from Westminster, Littleton, or Aurora?
